At Leidy Beauty Studio, your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. Please review our policies before booking. By scheduling an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
Booking & Deposits A non-refundable booking fee is required to secure your appointment. The fee will be applied toward your service balance.
Cancellations & Rescheduling We kindly request at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Appointments changed with less than 48 hours’ notice may result in the loss of your booking fee and/or a cancellation fee.
No-Shows Missed appointments without notice will be considered a no-show. The booking fee will be forfeited, and future appointments may require full payment in advance.
Late Arrivals A 10-minute grace period is provided. Arriving more than 10 minutes late may require your appointment to be shortened or rescheduled, depending on availability. Your booking fee may be forfeited.
Guests For the comfort and privacy of all clients, please arrive alone unless a guest has been approved in advance. Children are not permitted in the studio unless previously discussed.
Permanent Makeup Permanent makeup results vary based on skin type, lifestyle, healing, and aftercare. Previous permanent makeup must be disclosed before booking. If you have work done by another artist, please send photos for approval before scheduling.
A perfecting session may be recommended depending on your healed results and is not automatically included unless stated in the service description.
Brow & Lash Services Please arrive with clean brows and lashes, free of makeup and oils. Inform us of any allergies or sensitivities before your appointment. A patch test may be required when appropriate.
Refunds All services are non-refundable once performed. If you have a concern about your service, please contact us within 48 hours so we can review your concerns and determine the best solution.
Client Responsibility Please follow all pre-care and aftercare instructions provided by the studio. Proper aftercare is essential to achieving optimal results.
